INSOMNIA?

Other causes of this temporary insomnia were caffeine, being sick, too much noise, other people being around and being uncomfortable, just to name a few.
While some students who have more chronic sleeping issues are prescribed medication, there are others who have their own remedies for insomnia.
Danielle Zaccagni, a freshman undecided major, said she keeps a journal of what is on her mind, and writing these things down helps her get them off her mind so she can sleep. Similarly, Stacie McMillan, a freshman journalism major, makes a to-do list for the next day. "When I lay out my day on paper, it usually relieves some stress," McMillan said.
Many students said they read or watch television and movies until they fall asleep. Others also said they listen to music or surf the Web.
