The role-playing was just one of the many demonstrations that were part of the Gender Unplugged exhibit in the North Quad Tuesday. Here, students passing by could catch a glimpse of themselves in the "Queer Mirror" to get a taste of what it feels like to be harassed. Posters were on display informing students about current gender-related issues, such as Proposition 8. Students could also give donations to benefit HOPE of East Central Illinois, a non-profit domestic violence advocacy center.
