Campus Briefs: Asian Heritage Month events continue

As part of Asian Heritage Month, a presentation of Inazo Nitobe's Book, "Bushidao," will start at 4 p.m. today in the Charleston Mattoon Room of the Martin Luther King Jr. University Union. Also, a yoga class will start at 6 p.m. today in the Student Recreation Center Dance Studio. No previous experience is needed. Both events are free.
Marijuana legalization focus of march
Students will gather at 4:20 p.m. today in the South Quad to campaign for marijuana legalization in the "March for Cannabis." T-shirts are available. For more information, contact marchforlegalization@yahoo.com.
DJs to raise funds for observatory
The "Bass In Yo' Face!" fundraiser, featuring four DJs/performers spinning electronic music will start at 7 p.m. Tuesday in 7th Street Underground of the Martin Luther King Jr. University Union.
Admission is free, but donations will be accepted. Proceeds will go to the Astronomy Club and the Society of Physics Students to fund new observatory equipment. The DJs will be Eddy Phelps (trance), Matt Albrecht (dubstep), Mitch Davis (live electronica) and Sean Irwin (dub-techno).
