Shown below are the results for Charleston City Council, Charleston School District and Mattoon Commissioner. The Charleston City Council is labeled in blue, the Charleston School District is labeled in green and the Mattoon Commissioner is labeled in yellow.

Two seats were open in the Charleston City Council, one was open in the Charleston School District and four were open for Mattoon Commissioner.
