The first Tugs match by the Campus Pond Wednesday ended with a disqualification.

The rule that got them disqualified is that only a contestant's feet may touch the ground, unless that person slips or falls and if that person does not get up after a certain amount of time by the judge's count of three seconds, they are disqualified, said Robyn Paige, interim director of Greek Life.

The team that was disqualified was the Sigma Chi team in the Little Men's Division.

They went against Pi Kappa Alpha, who won in three minutes and 57 seconds.

Also in the Little Men's Division, Sigma Phi Epsilon beat Delta Tau Delta in 41 seconds, Lambda Chi Alpha beat Sigma Alpha Epsilon in 23 seconds and Sigma Pi beat Simga Nu in about one minute.

In the Big Men's Division, Lambda Chi Alpha won over Sigma Chi in about one minute, Delta Tau Delta defeated Alpha Tau Omega in 40 seconds and Sigma Pi beat Sigma Nu in 15 seconds.

In the Women's Division, Delta Delta Delta beat Alpha Gamma Delta in about two minutes, Sigma Sigma Sigma beat Sigma Kappa in two minutes, Alpha Phi defeated Kappa Delta in a minute and a half and Alpha Sigma Alpha beat Delta Zeta in about three minutes.
