Baseball Brief: Panthers ranked in national polls

The Eastern baseball team (17-5) is receiving votes in this week's National College Baseball Writers Association Top 30 national poll.
The Panthers also received one vote in the USA Today/ESPN poll. The Panthers have defeated No. 10 Oklahoma this season.
In the National College Baseball Writers Association poll, Illinois and Louisville also received votes. Oklahoma is also ranked 10th in this poll. The Panthers also took two of three games from Southeastern Louisiana, which also received votes in the poll.
