Campus Briefs: Film shows war through Iraqi woman's eyes

The film "My Home, Your War" will be presented at 5 p.m. Thursday in the Doudna Lecture Hall. The film looks at the effect of the Iraq War through the eyes of an ordinary Iraqi woman. Director Kylie Grey shot the film in Baghdad over a three-year span. The event is free and open to the public.
Business expo scheduled in the union
The Local Business Expo will be held from 12 to 4 p.m. today in the University Ballroom of the Martin Luther King Jr. University Union. About 30 local businesses will attend. Many retailers will be raffling off items.

The Central Illinois Feminist Film Festival will be from 2 to 5 p.m. today in the Doudna Lecture Hall. The festival will feature new and emerging filmmakers. The event is free and open to the public.
