For the second time in three weeks, the Eastern softball team swept both Ohio Valley Conference weekly honors, as sophomores Kiley Holtz and Amber May picked up 'Player of the Week' and 'Pitcher of the Week' kudos, respectively, as announced by the league office on Monday.

Holtz earned her first career 'Player of the Week' award after leading all Panthers at the plate last Saturday, behind an impressive .750 batting average and 1.250 slug percentage.

May, who won her second weekly OVC pitching honor in a Panther uniform this year, pitched a complete game versus host Kennesaw State, earning 10 Ks and one walk.
