An Eastern employee received a counterfeit $20 bill on Friday, police said.
Diego Llort, 22, of Woodridge, was charged with disorderly conduct after a 3:15 p.m. Friday arrest at the University Police Department. He was arrested on an in-state warrant in reference to an incident that occurred off campus, police said.
