DJ Battle
The Phi Kappa Beta fraternity is hosting a Battle of the DJs today in the Grand Ballroom of the Martin Luther King Jr. University Union from 6-10 p.m.
Six locals DJs will spin electronic music, dance and hip-hop.
A winner will be chosen based on crowd reaction.
The event costs $3 and proceeds will go to the Children's Miracle Network.

New organization looks to raise global awareness
A new organization called Students United for World Change is having its first informational meeting today.
The organization wants to raise awareness on issues such as hunger, poverty and human rights both domestically and internationally.
The meeting starts at 5 p.m. in the Effingham Room of the Martin Luther King Jr. University Union.
