The funeral service for Eastern student Jacob Bough, 23, of Fithian, will be held at 11 a.m. today at Adams Funeral Chapel, 2330 Shawnee Drive in Charleston. Bough was a philosophy major and had completed his junior year. He died on Oct. 17 in Boise, Idaho. (0) comments

The $300,000 shortfall in revenues for Charleston this year could mark the beginning of an unstable and unknown financial state for the future. Maria Rhodes, a senior communication studies major, said the Asian beetles are causing her to stay indoors. "The Asian beetles are becoming a nuisance.
