Nov. 13 Around 11:09 p.m., 20-year-old Jonathan Allen was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of public intoxication. Officer Jarrod Long noticed Allen hunched over out of the rear driver side door of a vehicle in the parking lot of 125 Dean St. In response to the officer's questions about his condition, Allen answered that he had been drinking and had had too much.

Upon arrival, the officer spoke to a facilities services employee who said a bathroom garbage can was thrown from the 16th floor, landing on the second floor overhang.
